Tour de Herz Solo Challenge

By participating in the Tour de Herz Solo Challenge, the following provisions and regulations are noted and accepted:

The Tour de Herz Solo Challenge is a training ride. The self-selected route is not closed and the road traffic regulations must be observed without exception (no racing event)! Each participant is responsible for their own safety. With his / her participation, every participant acknowledges that there is no accident insurance cover and no health insurance cover from Herz bewegt for the entire duration of the Tour de Herz Solo Challenge and is obliged to take precautionary measures.
Herz bewegt assumes no liability for damage or injuries suffered or caused by the participant himself / herself. Each participant acknowledges that Herz bewegt does not assume any personal liability for damages on the part of participants. Each participant bears dangers to his person and property, which result from the implementation of the Tour de Herz Solo Challenge, and does not raise any claims against Herz bewegt or persons who participate or have participated in the Tour de Herz Solo Challenge.
Participation is at your own risk! Wearing a helmet is compulsory. Herz bewegt is not liable for any event, either before, during or after the Tour de Herz Solo Challenge.
It is recommended that you take out a corresponding insurance package (e.g. accident, liability).
Participation in the Tour de Herz Solo Challenge is only possible after the age of 18. Younger participants (from 12 years of age) can only take part in the training trip after presenting a confirmation from a parent or legal guardian.
By providing their email address and telephone number, participants agree to receive information by newsletter and SMS and agree to be contacted by phone or to be included in groups of social networks (Facebook / WhatsApp). All information regarding the storage and use of personal data can be found in the data protection notice on our homepage.
The participants agree to the use of photos, film recordings and interviews in print media, radio, television, internet, books, photomechanical reproductions, films, video cassettes and other media made as part of the Tour de Herz Solo Challenge, as well as for advertising without Entitlement to remuneration.
Each participant confirms with his / her participation that he / she is sufficiently trained to meet the requirements of the route length and driving speed and that there are no medical objections to participation in the training drive.
Each participant is responsible for the safekeeping of his / her bike. Costs due to damage or theft cannot be asserted against Herz bewegt.
Every participant undertakes to collect donations for children with heart disease in developing countries. A certificate will not be issued until at least three donations have been collected.
If the training trip is canceled due to force majeure, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the donations collected and not to compensation for other damage, such as travel or accommodation costs.

I have read the rules, conditions and regulations for participating in the Tour de Heart Solo Challenge training ride, have taken note of them and accept them as binding.

By registering and participating, you accept the conditions of participation.
